This quarter will be a series of small squares and arcades. Currently Liverpool has a marked under-representation of quality fashion. This area specifically aims to attract quality fashion retailers.
One of the arcades links directly through onto Church Street opposite Marks and Spencer to encourage pedestiran movement between Church Street and this district.
