Hanover Street
An informal district with homeware shops and a street market.
This adjoins the Ropewalks area of the City, famous for its young vibrant culture and city centre living. Fittingly the proposals are for an informal district with an eclectic and inclusive atmosphere.
Here we are hoping to achieve a cluster of homewares shops and an edge-of-prime location offering large footplates at affordable rents. This will bring some of the older – currently derelict – buildings along Hanover Street back into use and provide a street market in the Seel Street area.
