LIVERPOOL ONE IS 55% COMMITTED

GROSVENOR today announced that Liverpool One, the 900 million pounds retail-led regeneration of Liverpool city centre - which is being delivered by the Paradise Project - has let 55% of its floorspace, two years ahead of opening in 2008.
