A marriage made in Paradise
18 Apr 2006
TWO Liverpool agencies have joined forces to take on the marketing of the apartments in Grosvenor's Paradise Street development.
The £900m scheme, called Liverpool One, will comprise 1.6m sq ft of shops and more than 600 homes across eight buildings.
Public relations agency Think and design consultancy Uniform have set up Think Uniform to take on the contract.
Director Phil Nixon said: "We created Think Uniform as a specialist agency which not only brings a melting pot of creative influence, but which reflects the need for creative businesses to support each other.
"To win a contract as large as this is certainly a coup and we are delighted Grosvenor chose us to run with this project. We anticipate a long and successful partnership over the coming years."
Liverpool One is being delivered by The Paradise Project.
The Paradise Project is responsible for regenerating 42 acres of the city centre creating new shops, leisure and living facilities. It will create 4,000 permanent jobs.
